Born in 1994 in Nebraska and raised in the close-knit communities of Iowa, Raven's journey has been shaped by Midwestern values and a passion for exploration. As the eldest of three boys, Raven stepped into the Big Brother role early, guiding his siblings while his trucker father was often on the road and his hardworking mother kept the family grounded.
Raven's fascination with big rigs began at a young age, inspired by his father’s career. Despite his father's frequent absences, their phone conversations and later involvement during Raven’s teenage years fueled his dream of traversing the country, hauling freight from coast to coast. However, his aspirations didn’t stop at the wheel of a truck.
Drawing inspiration from video games, Raven cultivated a desire to create and share stories. Growing up, he taught himself computer building, basic programming, and experimented with image editing and 3D modeling tools—all to weave his own narratives. In high school, he discovered the joy of transporting readers into fantastical worlds through creative writing.
Raven’s early adult life was marked by numerous challenges: living in his pickup truck for a few months, grappling with miscarriages, enduring a hostile divorce, job losses, and the passing of his grandmother—all before the age of 22. Despite these hardships, he persevered, finding solace in gaming until even that lost its luster.
In his late 20s, Raven met his fiancée, the mother of his two children, who brought light into his stormy world. Determined to seize control of his destiny, he left his job, earned his CDL-A, and hit the road, achieving financial independence through relentless hard work. As the miles passed beneath his wheels, his newfound perspective reignited his passion for world-building and gaming. He returned to Twitch to share his live gaming content and supported his friend Draven in growing his own streaming career.
After three years on the road, Raven chose to come home and be present for his family, taking a factory job. While the grind of life put a temporary hold on his passion for livestreaming and content creation, it never extinguished it. Now, he balances waves of motivation and bouts of depression, sharing his journey through writing and streaming.
